STATEMENT
I, Maksims Stepanovs, citizen of the European Union, passport of the Republic of Latvia, No. LV5693718, issued on 05/22/2017 by the Passport Department of Riga, in order to avoid possible speculations, and spread of false information would like to inform you about the following:
- Trademark Dark Project does not belong and never belonged to any citizens of the Russian Federation;
- Primary registration of TM Dark Project in Russia was made by my wife Stepanova Anna, EU citizen, passport of the Republic of Latvia (No. LZ337385 dated 27.07.2014) during her stay in the Russian Federation at the address of its temporary registration in the Moscow region;
- After the start of a full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the cancellation of the trademark registered in the Russian Federation was initiated. In the summer of 2022, the international registration of TM Dark Project No. 1629785 was canceled, about which there is a corresponding entry on the WIPO website: https://www3.wipo.int/madrid/monitor/en/showData.jsp?ID=ROM.1629785, and also launched the process of complete abolition of TM.
The rights to TM Dark Project in the European Union are owned by the European company Dark Project Limited, (registration number НЕ 417023) registered in Cyprus. Our products are produced under the trademark, which has been filed for registration under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus under the number 92641, as evidenced by an extract from the register of the Ministry of Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus. The number of the European registration of TM in the WIPO database is 018774050.
Dark Project Limited is also the owner of darkproject.eu website.
